Refund policy

To be eligible for return, the item must be in its original, unused, unopened condition and able to be resold.  Hair items must be uncut, unbleached, color unchanged, and the lace remaining untouched (without any cutting or secondary trimming).  Please note that most of our items are personal items that directly touch the scalp and we prioritize the safety and hygiene of our customers. Therefore, we are unable to accept used items for return.  All approved returns are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.  Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.  Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.  To initiate a return, please email us at nomdeplumesupply@gmail.com  with your order number and a request to move forward.
